“Mind Poison”
One day, during a time that I was struggling with self doubt, I sat down and sketched this design out on a canvas. I filled in the paint, outlined with with sharpie, then tried to analyze what I had just made. I came up with the title “Mind Poison”. The snake represents the negative, intrusive thoughts lingering around my mind. But I soon realized, with the power of my own thoughts, I can also process all of that information, grow from it, and make peace with the chaos. I didn’t know what this painting meant until awhile after I made it. With time, comes understanding.
